What this site collects
The public site does not use advertising cookies, account registration or payment processing. Website analytics are currently disabled, and no third-party analytics script runs on these pages. If you use a waitlist or pilot form, we collect the information requested by that form, which may include your name, email address, organisation, operating system, venue setup, use case, selected product and the time of your request. Enquiry forms may collect your name, email address, organisation and message. If you email us directly, we receive the information in that message.
Why we use it
We use waitlist information to manage your interest in the relevant product, respond to enquiries and share occasional relevant launch, pilot or playtest updates. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Analytics and form processing
Analytics remain disabled while BStudioB reviews whether a provider, hosting region and script-isolation arrangement are appropriate. We will update this notice before enabling analytics.
Waitlist and enquiry forms are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to the relevant BStudioB mailbox. FormSubmit processes the form submission to provide this service. We keep waitlist details only while the relevant launch, pilot or playtest is active. We keep enquiry details only while needed to respond, assess or manage the conversation, unless a longer period is required for legal or accounting records. You can ask us to remove them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or remove your waitlist details, or unsubscribe from product updates, at any time by emailing hello@bstudiob.co.uk from the address you used. Please do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents, confidential security information or other sensitive information through a waitlist form or ordinary email.
Changes
We may update this notice when the website or our services change. The latest version will always appear on this page.
